We know exhibiting can be a stressful process for any client. Not only are you responsible for showcasing your companies' brand, products and services but you also need to master exhibiting regulation, health & safety and plan submission. Most of the time you will have been given the exhibition to run alongside your normal job - which makes time an issue.
This is where we step in.
Making exhibiting stress free and enjoyable is one of the keys to you having a successful show. We have developed a four-step process that enables you to keep track of where the project is and who is handling each task, which will take away the day to day stress, save you time on show administration and help you enjoy the whole event.
Step 1 Is the most important, discussing your event objectives. Once we understand your goals, we can design a stand that will help you successfully achieve them. Return on investment at any show is a massive priority and having the right stand will help you achieve these. While a detailed brief enables our designers to produce well thought out, tailored stand concepts that adhere to your brand values, we’re very good at shaping briefs quickly and in an efficient manner, so it isn't essential to have all information from the outset.
Step 2 The actual design. We use both in house and freelance design to keep ahead of the latest trends, producing fully branded visuals for your approval. Stand location, event culture and messaging will all influence your overall stand concept. Whilst we often achieve this in the first instance, we’re not too proud to repeat the process until you’re happy. Striking the balance between structure and space is an art we're well versed in - this can make all the difference to a successful event.
Step 3 Brings our project management team in to play - they're your friendly, safe pair of hands throughout. Handling all the detail (including plan submission, onsite services and health and safety declarations), they ensure nothing is left to chance, giving you a stress-free run in to your event. The PM team will also be your contact for all content - graphics and A/V - and stand finishes. Owning the timeline, where possible, we’re flexible enough to accommodate last minute requests, your PM will guide you all the way through.
Step 4 The build itself, breathing life into your design. Being brief led, we are neither tied to a specific manufacture process or modular system and work with sustainable materials wherever possible. You will have a nominated stand manager from Production, who will be fully conversant with your stand, and we'll walk through the stand together onsite to check everything is ready to go. Remaining in contact during the show and leading up to breakdown, you can be safe in the knowledge you have full back up, as needed.
After a successful show we’ll arrange a full debrief together, so we can discuss on the elements that worked and anything that could work better. The debrief is an essential start to the next event, allowing us to draw on the show experience to determine how we approach subsequent exhibitions together.
