Virtual just got real
Face to face events will always exist. Exhibitions provide a platform like no other to meet your entire industry. They give you the ability to conduct multiple meetings, give multiple demonstrations, conduct business with new and existing clients and suppliers. You get to meet your peers and forge new relationships.
But as technology evolves, so will exhibitions. We are embracing the evolution with the introduction of Virtual Exhibitions.
We have been working on Virtual for some time. Our initial idea was to produce an online version of your exhibition stand to both run alongside the physical event and add an extra dimension to your pre and post show marketing. But improvements in the source technology have allowed us to go even further.
Let’s explore the benefits of a virtual stand.
Design without limits
Our example model is based around an exhibition stand, but in the virtual world we can let our imaginations run wild. Walls are not needed. Structure can float. There are no space limitations. If the virtual model we are creating is to run alongside a physical event, it makes sense to produce something that ties in.
We could also create a standalone model set in the situation your product works in or we can create a fully functioning showroom – a virtual tour if you like.
And talking of tours
Our platform allows you to host clients, 1-2-1 or in groups, in your space. This takes it from a standard click and point model into a fully interactive experience, allowing you to take control of each visitors camera to direct the tour in to one area.
Hybrid events & live streaming
We can include video, jpeg, social media links and contact details (including links to direct email) to hotspots around your space. We can also film you in front of a green screen, giving a talk or demonstration and have this playable on demand.
But when you are hosting an event, you need more than pre-record. Our platform allows you to broadcast live to your audience and, with our in-built chat function, you can field questions during your presentation or key note speech. This means our virtual solution can house your hybrid event - hosting a conference, training session, product launch or presentation has never been easier.
Pre and post show marketing
Imagine your visitors being able to visit your stand before the event starts. Or being able to go back to the stand after the event has finished. Or even if potential clients or suppliers couldn’t make the show, still being able to experience your stand. All of this is possible with virtual. The model can be used pre-show to generate interest to drive visitors to your actual stand and post show to follow up to all visitors... much better than a standard email.
And better still, the model stays live for a year, you can create custom invites for different clients or suppliers and update the space content throughout the year.
Information is key to a successful exhibition. With so many exhibitors to visit, you need to ensure your message stands out and your information is kept by show visitors. Post Covid it is likely exhibitor giveaway's – including essential information – could be prohibited. Certainly, people won’t be as keen to take information with them. With your virtual stand on hand, they can revisit, find information and even be directed back to your website.
The process remains the same as your physical stand, we take a brief to understand your requirement and produce a design to suit. We then discuss content with you and set the process into action. We have partnered with specialists in AR & VR events, to ensure the production values for your virtual stand are built to the same quality as our physical ones.
