Multiple events, different spaces, one message.
We have been working with ADF Milking since 2012. ADF Milking produce the multi-award winning Automatic Dipping and Flushing system that is helping farmers improve the health of their herds. It saves time and increases the efficiency of the milking parlour.
In 2016 ADF exhibited at Livestock, Dairy Day and Eurotier exhibitions, we were tasked with providing the same message, wow factor and quality at each event, whilst utilising the different spaces to the best effect.
The first event was Livestock 2016 at the NEC, Birmingham. The stand space was 10 x 16m with three open sides. The rear wall housed a 4 x 2.5m screen, two demonstration areas and a floating ADF logo. The stand is lit from an overhead lighting truss which is built between two 6m high cluster product towers. As well as featuring product to all sides, the top of the towers also have rotating lightboxes with the ADF logo on.
At the front of the stand we have a three-quarter circle information bar counter, with built in bottle fridges - ADF like to offer plenty of liquid hospitality! The space between the desk and rear wall is filled with seating areas and interactive product displays.
Finished in white high-gloss throughout, with feature LED lighting to key areas, the ADF stand is a stunning example.
Next up, ADF attended UK Dairy Day in Telford. Although the stand was still open on three sides, the stand space was somewhat smaller – 8 x 9m. Reconfigured to have the towers in each front corner and the reception desk in between, the smaller stand still boasts all of the same features as the Livestock booth – making such an impact it was awarded ‘Best Large Trade Stand’ at the show!
Onto the final stop – Eurotier in Hannover. With the stand proportions changing again – 11 x 5m – we needed to reduce the furniture slightly, but the towers, reception bar, large screen, floating logo and interactive demonstration areas all remain intact.
The key to the success of the three event schedule was in the initial design. Understanding the individual elements and how ADF need their stand to function allowed us to deliver a solution that could be scaled to each event whilst maintaining it’s personality, message and impact. Elements are stored and refurbished in between shows, keeping the quality finish & corporate message consistent & clear.
